Common Good Mentoring Program

Common Good is an after-school mentoring program. The program runs Monday-Thursday from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m for the school year. It serves students in grades K-12 from North Lexington neighborhoods. We are still in need of 16 mentors to commit to volunteering one day a week for the Spring Semester. Background check and volunteer training is required.

Join us for one afternoon a week for a semester. Build strong bonds with younger students and be a role model. You get a eat a meal together, spend time together during free time, help student with their homework, and challenge them to reach their goals.

Background check, Training
Requirement Details
Volunteers need to attend a volunteer training that is no longer than an hour and a half. At this training volunteers will fill out a background check. No other requirements.
Be a role model and build a relationship with younger students.
