About
The COACH Program at Community Knights empowers young adults with and without disabilities to become community leaders by providing equitable access to volunteer opportunities through a peer-to-peer support network. Volunteer coaches will have the opportunity to peer volunteer with an individual at a non-profit on the peninsula. COACH Program volunteers work at many different locations including the Foodbank, Thrive, Blue Bird Gap Farm, the SPCA, and many other locations.
Community Knights will provide all volunteer coaches with disabilities awareness and First Aid training.
