We are hoping to raise $5,000 to ensure we can continue to break the mental health stigma that leaves so many people silently suffering. Please consider a gift of $5.00 or more to ensure we can keep working towards advancing the wellbeing and recovery of persons who have mental illnesses and their families within our communities. You can make a donation to the 5k for Mental Health here: https://www.lamiadvocacy.org/
**For WSU students** Your participation of walking/running/biking in the 5K does not meet the criteria for tracking community service hours. We encourage you to participate to be an active citizen and promote the destigmatization of mental health!
