Greater Than (formerly “I Have a Dream” Oregon) is looking for three part time interns to join our team for a 6-8 week program this spring at Lincoln Street Elementary School. This is a great opportunity to join Greater Than, a mission-driven team unified around educational equity, racial justice, and a drive to make systemic change for historically underserved students and families.
We are seeking applicants who are bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural, & are passionate about education and working with K-6 students.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Boys Group Facilitator
- Lead a group of 10 4th-5th grade boys in discussion and activity related to social emotional, cultural topics.
- Schedule: 4 hours a week for 6 weeks from 1:30-4:30pm on Tues or Thurs, OR 1-4pm on Wednesdays, plus 1 hour prep time.
- Program Start: This program, including orientation will begin late April or early May and runs through the week of June 6th.
- Compensation: $480 stipend
- Support 4th-5th grade students with social emotional learning in both group, or 1:1 format.
- Schedule: 10 hours a week for 8 weeks. Approximately 2-3 days a week between Tues-Thurs. Specific weekly schedule can be flexible, but must take place between 8am-2pm.
- Program Start: This program, including orientation begins the week of April 18th and runs through the week of June 6th.
- Compensation: $1600 stipend
- Support kindergarten students with letter writing and sounds in both group, or 1:1 format.
- Schedule: 10 hours a week for 8 weeks. Approximately 2-3 days a week, between Tues-Thurs. Preferably an 8am start time.
- Program Start: This program, including orientation begins the week of April 18th and runs through the week of June 6th.
- Compensation: $1600 stipend
