The Volunteer Services department at Westminster Winter Park seeks volunteers to become Communications Specialists. If you're a creative thinker, organized note-taker, or love connecting people, this is the role for you!
The Communications Specialists will work on the following projects:
During all in-person work, volunteers will wear a new, surgical face mask, must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, and participate in a temperature screening upon arrival.

The Communications Specialists will work on the following projects:
- Create eye-catching flyers, posters, and other handouts for upcoming special events, dinners, and resident activities using Canva, Microsoft Publisher, and other graphic design software
- Distribute flyers and messages throughout the community and post to the Westminster app, MyWLife
- Collaborate with the Director of Volunteer Services, staff department leaders, resident MyWLife Committee members, and general resident users to improve use of the community app
- Film, edit, post, and distribute videos of resident lectures, monthly community business meetings, and other events as requested
- You are welcome and free to identify new projects that match your passions!
