About

Minds Matter is a non-profit organization that prepares low income high school students for their college career.

Students work with a pair of mentors from their sophomore year to their senior year of high school preparing for college and building strong professional skills. In addition, students will be building their resume by attending a summer program before junior and senior year of high school

Student mentors are expected to be a guiding hand and a caring adult for their mentees. Mentors are expected to attend 85% of the Saturday sessions during the school year (sessions are not held on school breaks) and these sessions are from 12-2pm.

If you have any questions or want to set up an informational interview, you can reach out to brenna@mindsmattermn.org
