The Spirit of La Verne Recognition Ceremony is taking place Monday, May 15, 2017 from 5-7pm. This event honors individuals and groups who exemplify the University's core values as demonstrated through civic and community engagement, diversity and inclusivity, and interfaith cooperation.
We are in need of volunteers who can help with set up from 3-5pm, ushering from 4-7pm, and clean-up from 7-8pm. If you would like to volunteer, please select the shift that interests you.

|Set up crew will be responsible for setting up the event, such as placing awards on stage, placing programs on seats, placing signage, etc.||3/4||Over|
|Ushers will be responsible for greeting guest as they arrive, walking guest to their seats, passing out programs as guest walk in, walking faculty and staff in and out of the event, etc. Please wear all black for the event. You will receive more detailed instructions when you check in at 4pm.||5/6||Over|
|Clean up crew is responsible for clearing off any items on the stage such as table linens and signage, picking up any left over programs on seats, etc.||4/4||Over|
