Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the LEAD Conference on Saturday, October 14, 2017! We are looking for volunteers who can serve in various capacities for a number of shifts that run throughout the day from 6am to 3pm. Please sign up for a specific shift.

Clean Up/Break Down Crew1:30pm (PT)3:00pm (PT)Volunteers will assist with clean up and break down, including collecting signage around campus, picking up any items left behind in workshop rooms and taking items back to Hanawalt House, etc. Please note further instructions will be provided as we get closer to the event.6/10Over
Morning Greeters and Parking Assistants7:00am (PT)8:30am (PT)Volunteers will assist with greeting guest as they arrive, directing attendees to the correct locations, including monitoring the parking lots, etc. Please note further instructions will be provided as we get closer to the date of the event.6/10Over
Resource Fair Assistants11:15am (PT)1:30pm (PT)Volunteers will assist with making sure resource fair participants and vendors get situated by helping them find their table and answering any questions they may have.4/4Over
Registration Table7:30am (PT)10:00am (PT) Volunteers will be assisting with checking in attendees by checking their names off the registration list, adding them in if they are walk-ins, providing them with a program and directing them to their next step. Set-up Morning Crew6:00am (PT)7:00am (PT)Volunteers will check-in at the Hanawalt House at 6:00 am to meet with Julissa Espinoza. Volunteers will assist by assembling the breakfast area, and placing water and proper name tags in workshop rooms.
