I walked in and I only knew one of the workers in the kitchen. Cynthia is always very sweet and eager to help, but she also knows how totalk to the clients so that they aren't rude to her or any other volunteers.
I noticed that someone had donated a whole ham, but they didnt know what to do with it because they don't have knives or slicing machines to properly serve it. It made me think that there might be a way to be able to take foods that need 'prep' off site, prepare it, and. bring it back to easily store and serve.
